Throughout the past 25 years, Gallivan has guided numerous industry-leading enterprise platform and cloud-based technology companies through high-growth phases. He has established an impeccable record of strategic expansion, operational excellence, and profitable exits. As an early executive at Verisign, Gallivan was instrumental in growing the company from a $20M revenue cloud security company serving the mid-market to a $1.5B revenue global cloud infrastructure powerhouse providing critical security and infrastructure to the Global 2000. Gallivan’s leadership was instrumental in Verisign’s successful IPO. Additionally, as CEO of Pentaho, Gallivan increased revenue by over 600 percent and transformed the company from an SMB open source business intelligence (BI) platform company into the market-leading big data analytics company. This ultimately led to Pentaho’s sale to Hitachi in 2015.

Krish leads BlueJeans strategy and innovation, redefining the way organizations communicate, and brings more than 25 years of successful leadership and innovation to BlueJeans Network. Krish has been founder and CEO of several successful startup ventures, including Topspin, a datacenter virtualization player (acquired by Cisco in 2005) and Internet Junction (acquired by Cisco in 1995). Prior to BlueJeans, Krish was Entrepreneur-In-Residence (EIR) at Accel Partners, where he explored HD video technologies including the current idea behind BlueJeans and the GM for the Server Virtualization business unit at Cisco Systems, responsible for architecting Cisco's datacenter and desktop virtualization solutions.

Alagu has over 20 years of research, product development, and strategy experience bringing innovative networking and video products to market. Prior to founding BlueJeans, he was Chief Technology Officer at Blue Coat Systems, leading its entry into the WAN optimization market. Prior to Blue Coat, Alagu worked at Entera, an Internet content delivery startup, where he built an R&D team to deliver streaming video caching products for the Content Delivery Network (CDN) market and he spent eight years at Apple in various R&D roles in networking and video over networks.

A 25-year marketing veteran, Rosanne is widely recognized for building and leading organizations with creative, best-of-breed campaigns punctuated by robust execution. She is also known as one of the early marketing pioneers in implementing a global approach to email marketing and sales lead generation. Most recently, Rosanne served as CMO at Pentaho, a Hitachi Group Company, where she was responsible for all aspects of marketing as well as inside sales, product management, and Pentaho Labs. She and her team led Pentaho's brand transition from an open source business intelligence platform company targeting small and medium sized businesses to the market-leading big data analytics company for the enterprise. Prior to Pentaho, Rosanne was CMO/SVP at BEA Systems where she helped drive the company's thought-leadership market positioning as it began to develop its next-generation SaaS platform to support dynamic business applications. During her tenure, BEA revenues grew to $1.6B, ultimately leading to BEA's acquisition by Oracle for $8.6B.

George brings more than 25 years of enterprise technology sales experience and a track record of building sales teams focused on accountability and value-based selling. Most recently, he was SVP of WW Sales at Actiance, a SaaS based market leader in financial services and healthcare compliance solutions. In two years, George grew revenues from $18M to over $50M through direct and indirect sales where he doubled annual revenues to $50M and transformed the structure and strategy of the sales team and partner relationships, resulting in acquisition.

Walter Weisner, also known as Walt, served as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Care at RingCentral, Inc. since October 15, 2013. Prior to RingCentral, he served as Vice President of Global Customer Care and Operations of ServiceNow, Inc. In addition, Walt served as Vice President of Global Support Services at Cisco WebEx LLC, where he was responsible for worldwide call center operations, account management, installed base revenue programs and overall customer satisfaction. He is an experienced and accomplished executive with a track record building and scaling high performance teams focused on delivering customer success and a competitively differentiated customer experience.

Mark Strassman oversees BlueJeans’ product, design, and integrated portfolio strategy to ensure the company continues to build video-first solutions that connect and engage people. Before joining BlueJeans, Mark was Senior Vice President of Products at Blackboard, Inc, where he drove transformation from enterprise to SaaS business models, and from inside-out to a customer-driven, industry-focused strategy. Prior to Blackboard, Mark held various executive management positions at Autodesk, Inc. While managing Autodesk’s core products, AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT, Mark reinvigorated the product line with groundbreaking design and functionality that resulted in a doubling of the business. He also held senior marketing and product management positions at Adobe Systems, where he worked on various products, including PageMill, Acrobat and GoLive.

Robert Park brings more than 20 years of business and financial leadership experience. He joins Blue Jeans from Practice Fusion, the #1 cloud-based electronic medical record and healthcare platform for physicians and patients, where he served as chief financial officer. Prior to Practice Fusion, he held financial leadership roles at Chegg, helping lead the company through its initial public offering, PayPal, helping lead its hyper growth transition from eBay marketplaces payments to merchant services and international expansion, McKesson Corporation, and Ernst & Young.

Adam drives BlueJeans' product development strategy, vision, engineering and cloud operations. Adam has a demonstrated track record of bringing large-scale, consumer and SaaS products to market and delivering growth. Before joining BlueJeans, Adam was Chief Technology Officer and Head of Product and Engineering at Jobvite, Inc. Prior to Jobvite, Adam served in senior management and executive roles at Yahoo where he ran Yahoo’s advertising platform and Yahoo HotJobs engineering. Adam started his career with Sun Microsystem, where he worked on Java technologies in its early days.

VP of People

Debbie is a proven leader who empowers organizations with innovative people engagement and retention strategies. She oversees the human resources, change initiatives, and talent strategies at BlueJeans and brings over 15+ years of experience leading large scale human resources and people management in the enterprise software space. Before joining BlueJeans, Debbie was VP of People at DataStax where she defined, developed, and drove organizational effectiveness. She has a BA in Organizational Communication from the University of San Diego.

SVP of Advanced Technologies

Ted has over 25 years experience developing industry-leading communications software. Prior to BlueJeans, he was founder and GM of the Cisco TelePresence Exchange Business Unit (TXBU), where he developed video technologies used in Cisco's SP-grade B2B Exchange offering and created a highly Agile development process used to deliver TelePresence to the market through a SaaS business model. Prior to Cisco, Ted was a founding member of three communications start-up companies, two of which became very successful public companies. Most recently, Ted was a founder and VPE for Latitude Communications, receiving multiple patents for the MeetingPlace product line that featured voice, web and video conferencing applications for the enterprise.
