Guillaume brings with him extensive knowledge of the enterprise software space and deployment requirements, as well as how emerging technology like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning will impact the future of work. With more than 25 years of strategic cloud computing and enterprise software experience, he’s worked closely with some of the world’s largest enterprises.
His deep understanding of the B2B market and large customer needs will help BlueJeans further distinguish its smart collaboration platform to the enterprise user. Most recently, he was the chief product officer of Boomerang Commerce. Prior to that, he was responsible for all of product management and marketing at Zuora. He’s also held leadership roles RMS, CloudShare, Oracle and Agile Software (acquired by Oracle).
Debbie is a proven leader who empowers organizations with innovative people engagement and retention strategies. She oversees the human resources, change initiatives, and talent strategies at BlueJeans and brings over 15+ years of experience leading large scale human resources and people management in the enterprise software space. Before joining BlueJeans, Debbie was VP of People at DataStax where she defined, developed, and drove organizational effectiveness. She has a BA in Organizational Communication from the University of San Diego.
Matt has responsibility for strategic alliances and business development at BlueJeans. In his 30+ years in business Matt has lead business development, sales and product management teams at innovative companies in the collaboration space. Before joining BlueJeans, Matt was SVP Strategic Partnerships at Huddly, an intelligent HD camera company. Prior to Huddly Matt was SVP Corporate Development at LifeSize, also in the hosted, video collaboration space. Prior to Lifesize, Matt was Founder & CEO of Telverse, the first nationally available IP centrex service offering in North America. In July of 2003 Level 3 acquired Telverse and Matt joined Level 3 as SVP of Voice Applications. Before Telverse, Matt held senior and VP positions at several companies including Polycom, ViaVideo, MCI and PictureTel. Through his efforts ViaVideo, Telverse and Lifesize were acquired by Polycom, Level 3 and Logitech, respectively.
